“I needed help from an attorney as I was having problems collecting my earned wages from my previous employer after I felt I was wrongfully terminated. Explain your situation pretty much one time and let him do his thing. A lot of people, including myself have had unfortunate experiences with attorneys that seem to be asleep on the job, forget your name or even what they are working on for you, not Nick!
